This chatbot is currently in a test phase and may give incomplete or incorrect answers. All questions and answers are logged so coaches can review how it is used and improve it over time. Everything is processed on a local server and no chat data is sent to external services. Always double-check important information with your coaches or official team records.

When asking about a specific runner, please include their exact username (for example: troy_wood) or full name as it appears on the roster, e.g. “How has troy_wood improved this season?” This helps the assistant look up the correct athlete in the database.
