We hope you're all enjoying the season so far! The progress we’ve seen has been exciting, and we can't wait to see how the rest of the season unfolds. But to reach our full potential, we need everyone to stay locked in—both in the classroom and on the track.

If you’re not seeing the improvement you want, we challenge you to embrace the grind. It’s easy to give your best on race day, but personal records aren’t made under the lights—they're forged in practice. Champions aren’t crowned on meet day; they’re built on the track and trails with your teammates. Without the right preparation, you’ll never reach the level you’re truly capable of.

Accept the challenge of bringing your absolute best to every practice, especially the tough workouts on Tuesdays, and never skip a run—including the long run on Sundays. Every mile matters. Every rep counts. Success doesn’t come from cutting corners, but from showing up and putting in the work day after day. Follow your coaches' plan. Take it easy when you're supposed to, and attack the hard days with everything you've got. And remember—training is only part of the equation. Nutrition, sleep, and recovery are just as important in building a stronger, faster version of yourself.

Let’s rise to the challenge together. Practice like a champion—because that’s the only way you’ll ever become one.
